| Responsibility
Overview:
This individual will be a self starter with a professional
manner; responsible for a variety of duties in the parts department
including accuracy of all parts information while promoting good relations
between customers, sales and service departments when necessary.
The successful
candidate will have the following:
1. Journeyman parts
certification - although equivalent experience will also be considered for
this role.
2. Proficient in all
aspects of MS Office package.
3. Excellent
organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
4. Solid product knowledge, sales and marketing experience, WHMIS, TDG and
Industrial Level II First Aid certification will be considered assets.
Duties to
Include:
1. Taking parts orders
and general inquiries via telephone, email, fax and in person.
2. Gathering freight
information to ensure timely transportation of parts.
3. Solution provider to
support T-Mar customers with daily requirements.
4. Solutions for, and completion of special assignments within the parts
field.
**Must possess a
valid BC driver's license.
